Senior Project Manager Project Architect
Responsibilities
-
Leading projects through all phases conception through to close out services, including, fit-out planning, equipment planning, and casework planning.

Complete and thorough project documentation through all phases.

Working with the project team, clients, consultants, and other responsible parties to ensure the project is within budget.

Taking meetings with municipal building departments and other governing agencies to coordinate project approval or variances as needed.

Leading meetings, with internal or external partners, pertaining to all aspects of project execution.

Consistently reviewing work in progress, and communicating needs, concerns, and feedback to the project team.
-
Supervising the preparation of technical drawings by less senior level architects or technicians.
-
Ensuring the construction details and documentation conform to quality assurance, quality control, and best practice standards.

Leading construction administration efforts.
-
Cultivating and maintaining excellent relationships with new and existing clients.
-
Attending conferences and seminars as requested.
-
Contributing to marketing and business development efforts.

Qualifications
-
Comprehensive knowledge of all phases of project development and documentation.
-
You are a registered, licensed architect.
-
A Master of Architecture degree.
-
A minimum of 15 years’ industry experience.
-
You are fully proficient in Revit.
-
You are familiar with AutoCAD.
-
The capability to meet industry guidelines, local, state, and federal codes in the execution of your work.​
