Kinneary US Courthouse

This project consisted of the replacement of carpet and wall base, and repainting all walls within the project area for the US Marshall's Service.  Special security clearance was required of the team for entry and general access to this federal building project. 

Construction documentation, cost estimates, construction schedules, phasing plans, specification writing, bidding, construction administration, and post construction contract services are included in the scope of this renovation project.

Specifications were produced according to current CSI division formatting.  The team’s extensive knowledge of specification writing was critical to the success of this project.
